All orders except Durags are Pre-Orders. Each YE London piece is hand-made and made to order, please allow 2-15 working days for your pieces to be made and before your order is dispatched. You will receive confirmation and a tracking number when it is ready and on its way.

 

All YE London deliveries require a signature upon acceptance.

All merchandise is currently shipped via Royal Mail Domestic and International.

For the UK, all merchandise is dispatched from our studios within 2-15 business days of placing your order and arrives within a further 1-2 business days.

For international deliveries, all merchandise is dispatched from our studios within 2-15 business days of placing your order and arrives within a further 5- 7 business days.

Royal Mail delays are out of our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please email us at yelondonstudios@gmail.com, and we will fix this for you.

Orders placed during sale periods or new launch periods could take up to 20 business days to be dispatched.

If you are placing an international order, please ensure that you’ve filled in your proper address. Please note that we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and the holding times of packages by customs in your country. This is unfortunately out of our control.
